707.03 Mailing Restrictions SR 94-04, 04/94 (FSM-A)

Food coupons are mailed first class or by certified mail according to the following restrictions:

. The mailbox must bear the addressee's name or apartment number. Otherwise the postal carrier may not deliver the coupons.

. The mailbox must be secure from coupon theft. If the mailbox is too small for coupons or is left unlocked, the postal carrier may not deliver coupons.

. Envelopes containing coupons cannot be forwarded. Coupon envelopes which are undeliverable as addressed are returned.

. Coupons cannot be mailed out-of-state unless it is verified that the individual lives in New Hampshire but receives mail through a post office in an adjacent state.
