827.05 Notices to Individuals SR 97-19, 06/97 (FSM-A)

Upon learning of a household member's noncompliance with job search requirements, send the household a Notice of Decision within 10 days. The Notice of Decision includes all the following:

. the particular act of noncompliance,

. the proposed period of disqualification,

. the action which can be taken to end or avoid the disqualification,

. a notification that the individual may reapply or resume participation at the end of the disqualification period, and

. the consequences if the disqualified member joins another household.
