105.05 Failure to Cooperate (MAM)

If the Department has fulfilled its responsibilities, but the individual fails to comply with an eligibility requirement or fails to provide necessary information, deny, reduce, or terminate assistance using adverse action procedures.

Failure to supply accurate information will result in the recoupment of any benefits provided erroneously.

Once denied or terminated for failure to cooperate, individuals may reapply for assistance. Determine eligibility only after the individual cooperates.
