105.07 Willful Withholding of Information (MAM)

Refer a case to the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) if the individual willfully withheld information. Willful withholding of information is defined as intentional misstatements (either written or oral), misrepresentation, or intentional failure by the individual to report within 10 calendar days any circumstances which affect eligibility or the level of assistance.
