109.11 Choice of Medical Assistance (MAM)

An individual has the right to apply for any category of medical assistance administered by DFA. If eligible for more than one category, the individual must choose one.

An individual may be eligible for and receive medical assistance under one category, while other members of the same family unit are eligible for and receive medical assistance under other categories.
