141.03 What to Report (MAM) |

Individuals must report changes for themselves and others in the household related to any factors that may affect eligibility, such as:
. source of income;
. the amount of income of any member of the assistance group;
. household changes. For example, if someone in the household marries or divorces, becomes pregnant, or has or adopts a child;
. resources (e.g., cash, stocks, bonds, or money in a bank or savings account);
. receipt of any lump sum payment or settlement;
. increase in hours worked by the principal wage earner (Parent/Caretaker Relative MA, by way of UP deprivation only);
. changes in residence, such as a move;
. tax filing status;
. private medical insurance coverage; or
. any other changes that affect the individual's eligibility.
