167.11 Changes During the 12-Month Coverage Period (MAM)

Review eligibility when a change is reported which results in loss of New Hampshire residency, or changes are reported in assistance group members, earnings, child care costs, or employment status of the parent/caretaker relative.

If the change is reported outside of the reporting cycle, make a note of the change in the case record, and review eligibility when the change is reported on DFA Form 890. Resolve discrepancies in reported information before terminating extended medical assistance.
