173 TEMPORARY ADJUSTMENT PERIOD: ANB (MAM)

Allow a temporary adjustment period to an ANB recipient when the Disability Determination Unit (DDU) determines that the individual no longer meets the medical criteria for ANB. Do not allow a temporary adjustment period if the case is closing due to any other reason.

The temporary adjustment period allows the ANB recipient to continue to receive medical assistance for the month in which DDU determines the individual no longer meets the blindness criteria and the next 3 calendar months.
