227.19 Family Planning MA Length of Eligibility (MAM)

Individuals are eligible for Family Planning medical assistance (MA) for up to 12 months. Family Planning MA must be terminated if changes in the individual's circumstances cause the individual to become ineligible for assistance prior to the end of the 12-month eligibility period. At the end of the 12-month period, the individual must reapply for Family Planning MA to continue receiving assistance.
