233.03 Verification: RCF (MAM)

Verify placement in an RCF at the initial eligibility determination and at subsequent redeterminations.

Acceptable verification documents all of the following:

. the individual meets the categorical requirements for either OAA, ANB, or APTD;

. the individual lives in a licensed RCF; and

. the RCF administrator determines the individual is appropriate for placement in an RCF.
