No employee of the Division of Family Assistance (DFA) or Division of Client Services (DCS) can be an administrator, guardian, conservator, or executor of the estate of a recipient of assistance.
No employee of DHHS, except the Commissioner, or the Director of DFA in their official capacity, can acquire real or personal property owned by a recipient whether the individual is still living or after the recipient's death.
