A gravesite, crypt, mausoleum, urn, or other repository traditionally used for the remains of a deceased person.

Treatment: Exclude 1 burial plot for each assistance group member.

If an individual has more than one burial plot, count the fair market value of the additional plots.

Treatment: Countable Resource.

Exception: When the case consists of an institutionalized individual with a community spouse, exclude any and all burial plots if the plots are intended to be used for immediate family members.
