Resources that are legally not available to the assistance group. Examples include:

. irrevocable burial funds;

. irrevocable trust funds;

. some types of jointly owned property (see Jointly Owned Personal Property and Real Property);

. property currently in probate; and

. security deposits held by another.

Treatment: Excluded Resource
