715.13 Definition of Buy-In of Medicare Part B (MAM)

New Hampshire pays the Part B Medicare premium for certain individuals if they are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. When New Hampshire pays the Medicare Part B premium, the Medicare Program wholly federally funded - becomes responsible to pay the individual's medical assistance, with certain limits.
