207 AID TO THE NEEDY BLIND (ANB) SR 13-35, 10/13 (MAM-A)

To be eligible for medical assistance under the Aid to the Needy Blind (ANB) Program, an individual must be blind.

The Disability Determination Unit (DDU) determines if an individual meets the medical criteria for blindness. See Department Administrative Rules at He-W 502 for detailed information regarding the ANB medical determination process.
