227.05 Family Planning MA Income Requirements SR 13-35, 10/13 (MAM-A)

When determining eligibility for Family Planning medical assistance, only the income of the applicant is counted, but the income limit against which the net income is compared, is an assistance group size of 2.

Countable income must be < 185% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Deeming policies do not apply, which means that income is not deemed from spouse to spouse or parent to child.
