Family or Domestic Violence SR 19-04, 06/19 (MAM-A)

Recipients that experience family or domestic violence may request a good cause for not meeting the community engagement requirement. The recipient can verify the good cause by self-attesting to the family or domestic violence or submitting a court order. The verification must include the number of days the recipient was prevented from meeting the community engagement requirement. Credit the recipient 8 hours of community engagement activity for each day the recipient was unable to participate.
