Fair Market Value — For all assets other than automobiles and trucks, means the price at which a willing seller and a willing buyer will trade. For automobiles and trucks this means the "trade-in value" as specified in the National Automobile Dealers Association (N.A.D.A) Official Used Car Guide, also known as the "Blue Book."

Family — 1 or more children and adults who are related by blood, marriage, or adoption, have a biological, foster, step- or adoptive relationship, and who reside in the same dwelling.
