NEW HAMPSHIRE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that the New Hampshire (NH) Department of Health and Human Services (the Department) is proposing to amend the Title XIX State Plan to update the rates for supportive housing services, effective the earlier of July 1, 2024 or upon CMS approval.
 
The proposed amendment updates the code that providers will use for billing. Due to utilization remaining consistent with current levels, there is no expected federal or non-federal fiscal impact associated with this amendment.

The amendments to the State Plan pages may undergo further revisions before and after submittal to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) based upon public comment or CMS feedback.
