DHHS Commissioner Releases Letter Regarding Temporary Suspension Of Medicaid Community Engagement Requirement

Concord, NH – New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Commissioner Jeffrey A. Meyers has submitted a letter "Determination and Findings Relative to the Granite Advantage Community Engagement Requirement to Governor Christopher Sununu, Senate President Donna Soucy, and House Speaker Steve Shurtleff, making findings relative to the Community Engagement requirement for the Granite Advantage Health Care Program. Under the authority of Senate Bill 290, Commissioner Meyers has temporarily suspended the Granite Advantage Community Engagement requirement through September 30, 2019.
