NH DHHS Conway District Office To Re-Open On May 21, 2019 With Renovation Complete

Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has announced that a renovation of the Conway District Office (DO) has been completed and the DO will reopen on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 71 Hobbs Street, 2nd Floor.

During the renovation, client-facing activities were conducted on the 3rd Floor of the facility. All activities will return to the 2nd Floor at 71 Hobbs Street in Conway.

In order to re-open on Tuesday, May 21st, the Conway DO will be closed for all client-facing activities on Friday, May 17th and Monday, May 20th.

DHHS has worked to ensure the services Conway DO clients receive continue without interruption during the relocation, including rescheduling necessary appointments to minimize disruptions to clients’ schedules.
