NH DHHS Reschedules January 10th Colebrook Public Information Session For Granite Advantage Health Care Program

Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has announced that a public forum in Colebrook for the Granite Advantage Health Care Program, originally scheduled for Thursday, January 10, has been rescheduled due to an unforeseen conflict.

The rescheduled public forum in Colebrook will be held on Thursday, January 24, from 2-3:30 p.m. at the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital, Pearson Board Room.
