This Request for Proposals (RFP) is published to solicit proposals for the provision of services to research and develop evidence-informed models for a future program of dual-certified doula and recovery support worker(s) (CRSW) to support pregnant and postpartum people (PPP) affected by perinatal substance use disorder (SUD). The Selected Vendor will recommend to the Department of Health and Human Services (Department) at least two (2) program models to implement, one of which the Department anticipates will be incorporated into a future solicitation.
