RFP-2023-DMS-05-MESSI (DoIT #2023-071): Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) Systems Integration

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is published to solicit proposals for a Systems Integrator (SI) to support the integration of multiple modules and to serve as the hub for data traffic between and among the component modules across the State’s Medicaid Enterprise Solutions. The SI will support the State’s initiatives to implement the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) modularity initiatives at an enterprise level. Upon the completion of this project, all modules, coordinated and supported by the SI, will be fully implemented and final CMS certification will be achieved.
