The Department is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (“Solicitation” or “RFP”) from Vendors to design and implement vocational training and employment supports programming for individuals with opioid use disorders (OUD) and/or stimulant use disorders (StimUD) who are in treatment and recovery settings and are seeking to join or re-join the workforce.
