RFP-2025-DES-02-CCWAP: Child Care Workforce Assistance Project

Division of Economic Stability

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic Stability (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (solicitation) from qualified Vendors to provide child care assistance to eligible child care professionals by implementing a temporary six (6) month Child Care Workforce Assistance Project in accordance with the requirements of Senate Bill 404 from the 2024 NH Legislative session, signed into Chapter Law 355 found at: https://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/bill_status/pdf.aspx?id=32364&q=billVersion.

The Department anticipates the selected Vendor will be required to complete approximately 250 eligibility determinations. This is an estimate based on anticipated volume and may be subject to change. The Department anticipates awarding one (1) contract for the services in this solicitation.
