Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) Public Notice Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment Public notice on the application by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services for federal funds to plan and provide services to individuals under the Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) authorized in Title XX, Subtitle A, of the Social Security Act (SSA).

The SSBG application includes a plan for SSBG services to be provided and a pre-expenditure report for SFY 2025. Copies of the proposed application will be available at the meeting or as a hard copy upon request from:
