State Plan for the Community Services Block Grant

Pursuant to 42 U.S. Code § 9908, the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services will submit its State Plan for the Community Services Block Grant for federal fiscal years 2023 and 2024.  This document is the State of New Hampshire’s plan for administrating the grant including the use of funds and distribution to the five Community Action Programs throughout the state; Community Action Program of Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc., Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc., Southwestern Community Services, Inc., Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Inc., and Tri-County Community Action Programs, Inc.
