MEAD and MOAD Eligibility
Information and resources regarding the Medicaid for Employed Adults with Disabilities and Medicaid for Employed Older Adults with Disabilities programs
Medicaid for Employed Adults with Disabilities (MEAD) and Medicaid for Employed Older Adults with Disabilities (MOAD) provide Medicaid (medical assistance) to adults with disabilities who are working and have a higher income to remain financially eligible for Medicaid.
Medicaid for Employed Adults with Disabilities (MEAD) is for ages 18 through 64. Medicaid for Employed Older Adults with Disabilities (MOAD) is for age 65 or older. Both MEAD and MOAD provide Medicaid (medical assistance) to adults with disabilities who are working. MEAD and MOAD have higher income and resource limits.
Eligibility Requirements
Requirements for MEAD and MOAD are found on the Program Fact Sheet.

There is no waiver "cost-of-care" payment if you are enrolled in MEAD or MOAD.
