SUMMARY

This Supervisory Release (SR) releases updates to the Family Assistance Manual (FAM).

POLICY

No policy is being changed by the release of this SR.

NEW HEIGHTS & NH EASY SYSTEMS PROCEDURES

There are no changes to the New HEIGHTS system or NH EASY Gateway to Services.

DESCRIPTION OF REVISIONS MADE TO FAMILY ASSISTANCE MANUAL TOPICS

The following manual pages have been updated to incorporate ‘References’ on all pages and to reflect changes for guidance and readability, along with updating the Division name from DFA to BFA and removing medical components that are located in the Medical Assistance Manual (MAM). The following changes have also been incorporated:

PART 101 INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

−     Section 101.01 and Section 101.03 are now merged with this PART

−     This page is now deleted as it is merged with PART 101

This policy is effective upon release of this SR.

No special training is planned or needed.

DISPOSITION

This SR may be destroyed or deleted after its contents have been noted and the revised manual topics released by this SR have been posted to the Online Manuals.

DISTRIBUTION

This SR will be distributed according to the electronic distribution list for BFA policy releases. This SR, and revised Online Manuals, will be available for agency staff in the Online Manual Library, and for public access on the Internet at https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/sr_htm/sr.htm, effective April 01, 2024.
