Hampstead Hospital & Residential Treatment Facility: Admissions & Access to Services
Hampstead Hospital & Residential Treatment Facility's admissions team can provide information on our admission process for children, adolescents, and young adults.
We understand that hospitalization can be a stressful time for patients and their families. To make this first step easier, our experienced admissions staff will help you find the most appropriate treatment services to meet your individual need.
If you would like an overview of our admission process and general patient care information, please review our Welcome to Hampstead Hospital patient information pamphlet. This pamphlet will provide more detail on our admission process, hospital safety procedures, and visitor information. We also suggest that you view our Speak Up brochure as a helpful guide for you and your family during and after your hospital stay. We also invite you to review our Patient's Bill of Rights, Patient Rights and Responsibilities, and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
If you or a loved one are having a mental health or substance use crisis, please contact the Rapid Response Access Point at 833-710-6477 or visit your local emergency room. Hampstead Hospital and Residential Treatment Facility will work with these agencies and Community Mental Health Centers to determine if hospitalization at our facility is appropriate for you.
