105.01 Failure to Cooperate (FAM)

If the Department has fulfilled its responsibilities, but the individual fails to cooperate or comply with the District Office (DO) in completing an eligibility requirement the DO will deny, reduce, or terminate assistance using adverse action procedures.

•       Once denied or terminated for failure to cooperate, individuals may reapply for assistance. Eligibility is only determine after the applicant cooperates.
