145.03 What to Report (FSM)

Most households must report all of the following changes. Refer to Section 145.04, Special Reporting Requirements, for exceptions to the reporting requirements below.

 

Changes in Unearned Income:

• source; and

• amount of gross monthly unearned household income from a private source if the amount changes by more than $125 in any 1 month during the entire certification period.

 

Changes in Earned Income:

• source; and

• hourly wage rate or salary if the change causes gross monthly earned income to change by more than $125 in any 1 month during the entire certification period.

 

Other Changes That Must be Reported:

• household composition;

• acquisition of a registered vehicle;

• lottery or gambling winnings, won in a single game before taxes or other withholdings, equal to or greater than $4,500;

• available cash, stocks, bonds, or money in any bank account if the total reaches or exceeds the maximum allowable resource limit; and

• residence and any resulting changes in shelter costs.
