263.01 RMA Application Process (MAM)

An individual may request an official application for Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA) by contacting any District Office. The application may also be accessed online. RMA applicants must be determined ineligible for all regular DFA medical assistance programs before eligibility for RMA is determined.

Individuals have the right to:

. apply for assistance;

. file an application on the same day the District Office has been contacted; and

. have an eligibility decision made on their application for assistance.
