Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA) provides medical assistance, including In and Out RMA, for up to 8 months following the refugee's arrival in the US, to eligible refugees who are not categorically eligible for a regular DFA medical assistance program.

RMA is provided to help eligible refugees become self-sufficient as quickly as possible after settling in NH. The program is administered by the NH Refugee Coordinator in coordination with the Division of Family Assistance.
