This Request for Proposals (RFP) is published to solicit proposals for the provision of statewide evidence-informed substance misuse prevention programs for young adults entering or currently in the workforce who are between 18 and 25 years of age in order to mitigate risk factors associated with substance misuse by promoting positive protective factors.
