Greater Monadnock Regional Public Health Network

The Greater Monadnock Regional Public Health Network is one of 13 regional public health networks in New Hampshire.  Each public health network includes a host agency that convenes, coordinates, and facilitates a broad partnership of organizations and individuals who contribute to or have a stake in the health of their region. 

Greater Manchester Regional Public Health Network

The Greater Manchester Regional Public Health Network (GMRPHN) is one of 13 regional public health networks in New Hampshire.  Each public health network includes a host agency that convenes, coordinates, and facilitates a broad partnership of organizations and individuals who contribute to or have a stake in the health of their region. 

GMRPHN is a collaborative of organizations working to enhance and improve community health and public health-related services throughout the region. The GMRPHN is hosted by the City of Manchester Health Department.

Central NH Regional Public Health Network

The Central NH Public Health Network (CNHPHN) is one of 13 regional public health networks in New Hampshire. Each public health network includes a host agency that convenes, coordinates, and facilitates a broad partnership of organizations and individuals who contribute to or have a stake in the health of their region. Each host agency provides leadership through a regional Public Health Advisory Council and provides a variety of services including Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Substance Misuse Prevention.

Carroll County Regional Public Health Network

The mission of the Carroll County Coalition for Public Health (C3PH) is to promote, protect, and improve the health and well-being of communities within Carroll County, New Hampshire through the proactive, coordinated, and comprehensive delivery of essential public health services. C3PH is one of 13 Regional Public Health Networks across the state, each serving a defined Public Health Region.

Capital Area Regional Public Health Network

The mission of the Capital Area Public Health Network (CAPHN) is to promote, protect, and improve the health and well-being of communities within the Capital Area of New Hampshire through the proactive, coordinated, and comprehensive delivery of essential public health services. 

CAPHN is one of 13 Regional Public Health Networks across the state, each serving a defined Public Health Region.
