Winnipesaukee Public Health Council

The Winnipesaukee Public Health Council (WPHC) is one of 13 regional public health councils in New Hampshire. WPHC is a collaborative of organizations working to enhance and improve community health and public health-related services throughout the region. The Winnipesaukee Public Health Council is hosted by the Partnership for Public Health, located in Laconia.

The Public Health Council of the Upper Valley

The Public Health Council of the Upper Valley (PHC) is one of 13 regional public health networks in New Hampshire. PHC's mission is to improve the health of Upper Valley residents through shared public health initiatives and services within a network of community stakeholders.

Communities Served:  Canaan, Cornish, Dorchester, Enfield, Grafton, Grantham, Hanover, Lebanon, Lyme, Orange, Orford, Piermont, Plainfield 

Strafford County Regional Public Health Network

Strafford County Public Health Network (SCPHN) is one of the 13 regional public health networks in NH. SCPHN's mission is to improve the health, wellness, and quality of life for all individuals in Strafford County. SCPHN ensures coordinated and comprehensive delivery of essential public health services.

 

Communities served: Barrington, Dover, Durham, Farmington, Lee, Madbury, Middleton, Milton, Rochester, Somersworth, Strafford 

Seacoast Regional Public Health Network

The mission of the Seacoast Public Health Network (SPHN) is to strengthen public health partnerships in emergency preparedness, community health, and substance misuse prevention in order to better serve our communities. Two primary roles of the SPHN are to coordinate regional planning and to develop networks of effective action to support that mission. SPHN is one of the 13 public health regions in the state.

South Central Regional Public Health Network

The South Central NH Public Health Network (South Central PHN) is one of the 13 regional public health networks in New Hampshire. South Central PHN is a collaborative of partner agencies that are working to enhance and improve community health and public health services across the region.

Communities served: Atkinson, Chester, Danville, Derry, Hampstead, Londonderry, Plaistow, Salem, Sandown, Windham

North Country Regional Public Health Network

-The North Country Regional Public Health Network (NCRPHN) is one of 13 regional public health networks in New Hampshire.  Each public health network includes a host agency that convenes, coordinates, and facilitates a broad partnership of organizations and individuals who contribute to or have a stake in the health of their region. 

NCRPHN is a collaborative of organizations working to enhance and improve community health and public health-related services throughout the region. 

Greater Sullivan County Regional Public Health Network

The Greater Sullivan County Regional Public Health Network (GSCPHN) is one of 13 regional public health networks in New Hampshire. GSCPHN is a system of organizations and individuals that work together to identify and address public health challenges in the region. GSCPHN understands the value of collaboration and partnership and we are committed to building a healthy community together.

Greater Nashua Regional Public Health Network

The Greater Nashua Regional Public Health Network (Greater Nashua) is one of 13 regional public health networks in New Hampshire. Greater Nashua's mission is to facilitate access to programs and services that develop resiliency, promote healthy behaviors, and safeguard the health of the Greater Nashua community through partner engagement and collaboration. 

Communities served:  Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Lyndeborough, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Nashua, Pelham, and Wilton.
